Talei & Talei LLP is a probate and estate litigation firm led by siblings Sarah and Nathan Talei, both formerly of Oldman, Sallus & Gold LLP.
Our Mission
We represent trustees, executors, beneficiaries, heirs, conservators, and family members in probate, trust, and estate matters throughout Southern California — in contested proceedings and in day-to-day administration and planning.
Both partners practiced at Oldman, Sallus & Gold LLP before founding the firm. Today the practice is limited to probate, trust, and estate work, and clients deal directly with a partner rather than being handed down to associates.

Sarah has practiced law since 2006 and Nathan since 2011, both concentrating on California probate and trust matters.
The firm is run by two partners, and the partner you meet is the one who handles your matter.
We do not take matters outside probate, trust, estate, conservatorship, and guardianship law.
We appear in the probate departments of the Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Ventura, San Bernardino, and San Diego County Superior Courts.
