This Privacy Policy explains how Talei & Talei LLP (“the Firm,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information collected through taleiandtalei.com (the “Site”).
Information you provide. If you complete our contact form, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, and message you submit. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether the Firm can assist you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects the technical information described above. We use this information only in aggregate, to measure which pages and referral sources lead people to contact us.
We have disabled Google Signals on this property, which means we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising personalization, remarketing, or demographic reporting. We do not permit Google to use the data collected through the Site to build advertising profiles about you.
You may opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies through your browser settings. The Site remains fully functional if you do.
Because browsers do not implement it consistently, the Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, to provide legal services where an engagement is established, to maintain and improve the Site, and to comply with our legal and ethical obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information to service providers who support the operation of the Site and the Firm’s practice, and where required by law, court order, or the rules governing the practice of law.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give you the right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Submitting information through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send through the contact form is not protected by the attorney-client privilege until the Firm has agreed to represent you in writing. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this Site.
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to meet our recordkeeping and professional obligations. The Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
